Brookstone’s hors d’oeuvres menu offers a variety of stationary and passed options. All wedding packages come with at least two stationary hors d’oeuvres and three passed hors d’oeuvres. Upgrade your package for a plentiful array of hors d’oeuvres during your cocktail hour. Some popular favorites are Scallops Wrapped in Bacon, Feta Spinach Phyllo Triangles and Thai Meatballs.
Brookstone’s wedding menus offer several crowd-pleasing chicken and beef options for the pickiest guests, along with creative dishes like our Sweet Seared Sea Scallops topped with Sambuca Brown Butter and Crispy Shallots (shown here) and Slow-Braised Angus Short Ribs.
